Introduction to getting fit

So the New Year is coming up and what perfect way to start it then getting healthier! I am wanting to improve on my diet and lose weight, my BMI is currently at a healthy stage but I want to make myself toned. I am a big believer of if you want to be healthier it costs. So my plan is to search through the internet in finding new, easy and affordable ways of losing weight. So once a week, maybe more I will be doing a blog post on getting fitter. So they will include different things and different ways. I want to try and include as many different ways as possible in order to help as many people as possible.
